Food PantryThe WFCM Food Pantry provides donated food once per month to individuals and families in need, as well as USDA surplus food.
In FY 2013 we served 745 households with 26,747 bags of free food.
At WFCM, we know the money a family saves each month on groceries frees up money for other bills.
This year we have appreciated the support of our community partnerships. Thanks to the continued efforts of the Sully District Boy Scouts, our ministry partner churches, area schools and community residents, we have been able to sustain the increasing demand for food. We also receive perishables and produce from:
- Food Lion
- Harris Teeter
- Trader Joe’s
