HOMELESSNESS EDUCATION

A vital component of our work towards the goal to end homelessness is homelessness education. WFCM provides informational presentations to youth ages K-12 in churches, schools, and community groups. These presentations raise awareness about homelessness in our area, relaying facts about homelessness and informing students about ways in which they can help combat homelessness.

WFCM organizes an annual fundraising walkathon, under the auspices of Fannie Mae Foundation, to raise money for homelessness education.
